Charlotte Carpenter is a rising songstress, gravitating more readily towards blues and mixing Laura Marling's breathless insight with Daughter's ambient indie. Having three previously self-released EPs under her belt, her most recent 'Whole' EP climbing to No.10 in the iTunes singer/songwriter Charts, followed with a recent download-only track 'Siren Song' which received a spin on Lauren Laverne's 6Music show, it is clear Charlotte is much more than the sum of her influences.
