Or at the very least, bend it. The Other Half is a story about Lola, a British-Nigerian woman, who has never told her husband Chris, the truth about her older sister Toyin. When Lola's mother dies, she travels to Nigeria to meet the sister she has not seen in thirty years, a disabled woman left behind when the family emigrated. Her decision to atone for the past has far-reaching consequences for their marriage.
