Partha, the son of impoverished Jatra artists, faces the collapse of his family’s livelihood as his village grapples with the dual blows of natural disaster and political turmoil.  This UK premiere marks the debut feature from Mohammad Touqir Islam, made in the aftermath of the devastating floods and the July Revolution of 2022 with a largely untrained cast of actors.
