About This Event

Set against the backdrop of an icebound vessel where the crew faces inevitable attrition and rising mutiny, this production delivers a harrowing tale of survival and shifting blame on a ship stripped of its whales. The narrative unfolds with stark intensity as those trapped beneath the ice seek to assign responsibility for their catastrophic situation, creating a palpable tension within the confined space. Performed at Hampstead Theatre in London, the play explores the fragility of human endurance when isolation breeds paranoia and the desire to cast others as scapegoats.
