This historic event is also being used to raise awareness and funds for The Sick Children's Trust.

Every year, The Sick Children's Trust provides more than 3,200 families with a critically ill child in hospital a vital "Home from Home" close to their child's bedside.

These homes allow families to stay together during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, providing a safe place to rest, cook, shower, and find comfort while remaining just minutes away from their child.

No sick child should face hospital without their family by their side.
