*The most interesting problems in engineering live where technical leaders and founders meet. Tonight, you meet them.* **What the event is** This After Work Speed Networking event deliberately connects engineering managers with tech founders. Across structured speed networking sessions, you'll be matched with people from the other side of the table, so engineering leaders meet the founders building the future, and founders meet the technical talent and partners they need. No pitches, no long presentations, just useful conversation. **👥 Who should attend** Engineering managers, heads of engineering and technical leads, alongside tech founders, CTOs, product leaders and technology scale-ups. Whichever side you're on, you'll be deliberately matched with someone from the other, not randomly paired with someone doing the same job as you. **🎟️ Your ticket includes** * 1 drink + a bite, included * 8 structured conversations, deliberately matching you with the other side of the table * Open networking before and after the structured session **Why attend** * Meet engineers and technologists from disciplines you don't usually cross paths with * Talk through career moves, projects or industry challenges with people who understand them * Discover how other fields are tackling problems similar to your own * Build your network in a relaxed setting over drinks, not another conference hall **📅 Agenda** 6:00–6:30pm: Arrival, drinks and open networking 6:30–6:40pm: Welcome and a quick explainer on how the evening works 6:40–7:30pm: Structured networking, 8 short conversations across engineering and technology 7:30–8:00pm: Drinks and open networking continue Places are limited and these events sell out.
