A Sensory Experience by Alchème Studio ~ Tea&Sound

Step into an evening of tea, sound and sensory exploration, created as an invitation to slow down, reconnect and experience tea in a different way.

Set within an ambient, carefully curated space, Tea & Sound unfolds slowly over three hours. Every 30–40 minutes, a new tea will be introduced, each with its own story, origin, character and atmosphere.

For our first edition, Between Seasons explores the threshold between summer and autumn, the warmth that lingers, the changing landscape, and the feeling of nostalgia.

Whether you arrive alone or with someone, there is no expectation to participate in a particular way. You can listen, talk, taste, observe, journal, or simply be.

What’s Included

• A curated journey through seasonal teas, with a new tea introduced every 30–40 minutes

• Stories behind the teas, exploring their origins, makers, landscapes

• Ambient sound throughout the evening, inspired by the tea being poured

• Sensory exploration through aroma, texture, flavour, sound and atmosphere

• A small seasonal surprise to discover during the evening

The Experience

Arrive and settle into the space, before we begin our journey through the evening.

Rather than moving through a traditional tasting menu, the teas will arrive gradually, giving each one its own moment. Every 30–40 minutes, a new tea will be served.

The sound will shift with the tea. Ambient music and sound will create a continuous thread throughout the evening, directly inspired by the character of tea currently served.

This is an evening for slowing down. For noticing things you might normally rush past: the aroma rising from a cup, the warmth in your hands, a change in flavour between infusions, a sound from across the room, or a conversation that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.

You are welcome to come alone, bring a friend, meet someone new, or simply enjoy your own company. There will be space for conversation as well as quiet reflection.

You may bring a journal or book if you’d like, but there is nothing you need to prepare. Seasonal treats will be available to purchase.

A little more to take home

For those who want to extend the experience beyond the evening, a limited Between Seasons Mystery Box will be available as an optional add-on, allowing you to revisit teas, scents and sounds from the experience at home.
