You’ll have plenty of time to practice on yourself, feel each movement and understand how to tailor it to your own face.

It’s a warm, nurturing experience where you can unwind, learn, and enjoy a cup of herbal tea in good company, whether you come solo for some well-deserved self-care, or share the afternoon with a friend or your mum.
