Felippe Oliveira is a Brazilian guitarist, bassist and composer based between Brazil and the United Kingdom, recognised for his work in contemporary instrumental music, Brazilian jazz and intercultural artistic projects.

A UK Global Talent Visa holder endorsed by Arts Council England, his musical career combines performance, composition and improvisation through collaborations across Brazil, Europe, the Middle East and the UK.Throughout his career, Felippe has performed and collaborated with important names from the Brazilian and international instrumental scene, including Zé Eduardo Nazário, Stephen Ellery, Chicco Allotta, Wayne Matthews, Sam Watts, Carlos Walker, Cleyton Prosperi, Bocato, Paulo Moura, Thiago do Espírito Santo, Michel Leme, Rubem Farias, Marco da Costa, Elder Costa, Sandro Nogueira, Mario Bakuna, Celeste Carammana, Heidi Vogel and Eftekasat Group, among others.His discography includes two albums entirely dedicated to original compositions.

Performing as Felippe Oliveira Group, the current line-up features Oscar Ho (bass), Tim Li (piano), Wellington Toniato (drums) and Felippe Oliveira (guitar). The repertoire consists entirely of original compositions and reflects influences from Milton Nascimento and Heraldo do Monte, with whom Felippe studied directly. His music brings together elements of Brazilian instrumental music — especially the harmonic and melodic traditions of Minas Gerais — with contemporary jazz language, improvisation and collective interaction.
