Get ready to sweat, vibe, and connect at our high-energy Pre-Carnival Fitness Event! This is more than just a workout – it’s a full-body experience to get you carnival-ready while building community with like-minded fitness lovers.

🔥 EVENT SCHEDULE:

➡️ 2:00 PM - 2:15PM — Arrival & Check-in

➡️ 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM — Bashment Bootcamp with TSMFITNESS

➡️ 3:05 PM – 3:50 PM — SOCA SWEAT with HOT STEPPERS UK

➡️ 3:50 PM – 4 PM — Wrap Up & Get Ready to head to the After Party next door.

➡️ 4 PM onwards — Mix & Mingle

💥 Open to all fitness levels
