Movement Collective is back for an afternoon of dancing, connecting, moving and tasting! No experience needed, come feel your best self...

Your afternoon will begin with tea or cold refreshment on arrival and then straight into the studio for a 30 minute energsing yoga flow to begin to the connect with the body and the space.

Then into the action... a beginner flamenco fusion dance class taught by professional dancer and choreographer Noemi. After you have lived your best flamenco life on the dance floor we will move into the communcal area to enjoy some tapas and refreshements provided by an external venue.

Optional wine but guaranteed laughs! Plenty of chances to connect, make new friends and create memories.
