**Hatha Yoga** Would you like to explore yoga in a relaxed and welcoming environment? Join us for a gentle Hatha yoga class on Thursday’s at 1pm. Rooted in the traditions and philosophy of yoga, the class will combine simple physical postures, mindful breathing and moments of quiet reflection. We will move at a gentle, unhurried pace, with plenty of time to explore each posture and find what feels comfortable for you. The emphasis will be on awareness, curiosity and kindness towards ourselves, rather than achieving any particular pose. **No previous yoga experience is needed.** Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, you are warmly invited to join us for a peaceful lunchtime pause. The class will be led by Patrick, who is currently undertaking his yoga teacher training with The Shala School of Yoga.
