A Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse Gong Bath takes place on 27 August 2026. The wellness event is held at Ensomble sound therapy studio in Crouch End, London. Tickets are priced between £27.80 and £33.22.
Join us at Ensomble Studio in Crouch End to relax, unwind and let go.
Join us for a two-hour Gong Bath to relax and revitalize your mind, body, and spirit.
Join us for a transformative Full Moon Gong Bath, coinciding with a partial lunar eclipse. Astrologically, Pisces governs spirituality, dreams, compassion, emotional dissolution, and the subconscious realm, while Full Moons traditionally represent culmination, revelation, and emotional peaks. This eclipse therefore emphasizes themes of psychic awakening, releasing what no longer serves, and confronting hidden truths—particularly around empathy, boundaries, and spiritual surrender. As the opposite sign to Virgo, it highlights the tension between practical order and fluid transcendence.
This event takes place at Ensomble Studio and is an opportunity to delve deeper with a longer ceremony and fewer people.
The sound journey will commence with a smoke smudge to clear stagnant energies before we start. Then we will share some blue lotus tea**, engage in some breath work to clear the mind and then embark on a journey with the gongs and other instruments. Afterwards, there will be some time to journal, pick an oracle card, share with others, and enjoy some herbal tea and chocolate before leaving.
If you've never been to a sound ceremony or gong bath, here is a little more information: gong baths promote relaxation, reduce stress, and can stimulate altered states of consciousness. Benefits include relief from anxiety, better sleep, released emotional blockages, and improved focus. They also help slow down heart and respiration rates, and increase nitric oxide levels. Entrainment, or synchronizing brainwaves with gong frequencies, can create overall harmony within the body. You will hear sounds from the gongs, as well as other instruments, such as Himalayan singing bowls, flutes, crystal singing bowls, rattles, and chimes, amongst others. No two ceremonies are quite the same.
The venue has a capacity of six people, so early booking is recommended.

Testimonials:
Ricky - Just had my first-ever Gong Bath with the incredible Philip, at Ensomble and it was everything I didn’t know I needed. On the eve of the year’s first full moon, I felt transported—physically, mentally, and spiritually. The deep healing for my nervous system brought a peacefulness, clarity of mind, and grounded sense of well-being that I’ll carry forward with so much gratitude. Highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking profound restoration and balance.
Cherice - The full moon gong bath I did with Philip was absolutely wonderful. I had never come across Philip or his work until it popped up on Eventbrite. I felt intuitively guided to go and I’m so glad I did! It was a deeply nourishing and powerful evening that helped me move through some big things I was processing. Philip holds space so beautifully and I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience some deep healing for their nervous system.
Joana - I’ve been going to Philip's Gong Baths for just over a year and they have become part of my wellness routine. Philip is the most genuine, kind, calming person and his musical skills are incredible! So beautiful! He also has the most unusual instruments. If you are looking for a bit of time out and calm, go to one of his sessions! I would highly recommend it.
Bert - My breath was singing with the gongs. I could breathe and let the sound carry me and let go. As a health worker, stressful situations and environments have an effect on one's body. They have a certain vibration, and that vibration can be changed by listening to the gongs. It just realigns your body into being more relaxed and takes you back to the origin.
