If you are looking for something fun, cheeky, and a little different for your Saturday night, don’t miss this Gay Aprons Only pasta workshop. This is a playful and social cooking experience designed for gay men who enjoy great food, learning something new, good company, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a way to explore our masculinity in a safe, respectful, private and non-judgemental environment. We’ll kick off the evening with a glass of bubbles and a selection of antipasti to break the ice. Then, together, we’ll dive into preparing a traditional Italian dish from scratch. This time, you’ll learn how to make **Garganelli**, a traditional egg pasta from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. These little ridged pasta tubes will be served with a rich, rustic meat ragù, full of flavour and Italian tradition. Comforting, hearty and absolutely delicious, it’s the perfect dish for a cosy autumn evening! 🍂🍝 The Aprons Only cooking class takes place in a cosy private flat near Victoria Station and is limited to a small group of up to max 10 people, keeping things intimate and relaxed.
