Recorded in Topanga Canyon with GRAMMY-nominated producer Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Angel Olsen, Margo Price), the record finds Cummings pushing her extraordinary voice — that deep, feral, stop-you-in-your-tracks alto — into music that shudders with synths, tense strings, and woozy grooves alongside the campfire intimacy she built her reputation on.
