Expect a high energy, full body workout that builds strength, stability, and control through low impact, high intensity movement. Led by expert trainers in our Flagship Regent St, London store. Every session is designed to challenge your body, sharpen your focus, and leave you feeling stronger.

Grip socks are required to take part in the class. Don't have a pair? You can purchase some in-store before your session.

It’s first come, first served as spaces are limited

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting, latecomers will NOT be permitted entry

If you've reserved a spot and can't make it, please cancel your reservation to make space for others

We do have lockers if needed, but please travel light as locker space is limited during peak class times.

Please be aware that filming and photography may be taking place at this class. Photographs and footage may be used by Gymshark limited on our website, social media channels or internal and external presentations.
