About Hamilton

Hamilton tells the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and helped shape the foundations of the America we know today.

The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, with book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda. It is directed by Thomas Kail, with choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, and is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Alexander Hamilton.

Running time: 2 hours 45 minutes, including a 15 minute interval.

Before you book

Age guidance: Suitable for ages 10+ due to strong language. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder aged 18 or over.

Late entry: Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break, and admittance into the performance cannot be guaranteed.
