On 1st September, Helen Graham will be taking over our kitchen to bring you some of her favourite dishes from her debut cookbook Centrepiece

As the former executive chef of Bubala, arguably the best vegetarian restaurant in the UK, Helen has garnered a reputation for exciting, innovative and absolutely delicious veg forward cooking. Her cooking is influenced by her Jewish and Middle Eastern food traditions, and Helen has cooked for over a decade in some of the capital's best restaurants, including Ottolenghi, The Palomar and The Barbary.

Helen has curated a very special menu highlighting some of her very favourite dishes from her newly released cookbook, Centrepiece. In the book, Helen gives vegetables the main character treatment, turning them from something humble into a dish worth taking the spotlight.

This promises to be a very special night as Helen returns to her North London roots. Ticket price includes the full menu below. There'll be a chance to purchase a signed copy of Helen's book on the night.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added on the night.
