Before you book

Your ticket is delivered as an e-ticket. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your chosen travel date. You can start your journey at any stop. First bus times are Westminster Bridge at 8:25, Tower Hill at 8:44, Buckingham Palace Gate at 8:58 and Haymarket at 9:03.

On the red route, departures from stop 1 run throughout the day, including services with Tower Hill, Haymarket and Grosvenor Gardens as final stops. The tour does not run on 25 December.
