A beginner-friendly DJ workshop covering mixing fundamentals, hands-on deck time, and space to connect with fellow music lovers.

DJ Workshop with Hostmigrate

Join us on Saturday the 30th for an accessible, hands-on introduction to DJing for beginners and curious music lovers alike.

Led by Hostmigrate (Jamie Richards), this 3-hour workshop covers the fundamentals of DJing, including equipment, software, track selection, and mixing techniques.

After a guided presentation and live demos, participants will each have the chance to step up to the decks and try a DJ transition for themselves.

Designed as both a learning experience and a social space, guests are encouraged to connect, share music tastes, and explore what draws them to DJing and electronic music.

Whether you’re considering DJing seriously or simply want to try something new, this workshop offers a welcoming first step into the craft.
