The festival 'How to be a Modern Mystic: wisdom meets science with Poppy Jamie' will be held at 1 Warwick by Maslow's in London on 1st September 2026 at 17:30. Poppy Jamie will share her experiences of intuition in business.
Poppy Jamie has built multiple companies and podcasts, and she's coming to Fabled to share the role that intuition plays in her businesses.
Poppy Jamie has spent much of her career questioning the unexplained and her journey has taken her from television and fashion to mental health, neuroscience, entrepreneurship and, now, magic.
She has built and sold businesses, been recognised by Forbes, written a bestselling book on mental health, hosted shows for MTV and Snapchat, launched wellbeing platforms and advocated for mental health on a global stage. And yet, after years of looking for answers through psychology and science, Poppy found herself increasingly drawn towards something less tangible: intuition, ritual, synchronicity and the idea that there might be more guiding us than we realise.
Join us for an intimate evening with Poppy as we explore what it might mean to live with a little more openness to the unexplained, without having to abandon your rational mind. We'll delve into the role intuition and "magic" have played throughout Poppy's own life; from building and selling businesses and creating two hugely successful podcast, to navigating two late-stage pregnancy losses and finding comfort and meaning through spirituality. Poppy will share how she was raised around alternative healing, how her own beliefs have evolved, and the rituals, signs and synchronicities she now uses to navigate both business and everyday life.
Fabled Attendees can Expect:

Meet Poppy Jamie:
Poppy Jamie is an entrepreneur, author, broadcaster and wellbeing advocate whose career has taken her from television and fashion to mental health and spirituality. She began her career as one of the youngest entertainment presenters at ITN before working with MTV, ITV and Extra USA, and later launched Pillow Talk with Poppy, Snapchat's first talk show.
She went on to co-found fashion brand Pop & Suki, was recognised in Forbes' 30 Under 30, and founded the mental wellbeing platform Happy Not Perfect, which grew out of her work exploring anxiety, stress and the science of wellbeing. Today, through her two podcasts Unwind with Poppy and Hot Girl Finance, her work in mental health and her latest book, The Book of Magical Living, Poppy is exploring another side of wellbeing: the power of intuition, ritual, synchronicity and the things we can't always explain.
