About This Event

An in-person BareSouls 5Rhythms class will take place on 6 November 2026 at Haverstock School in London. This movement meditation practice is open to all, regardless of experience, and focuses on self-expression through dance. Participants are encouraged to bring water and a willingness to move.

The 5Rhythms® is a simple movement meditation practice designed to release the dancer that lives in everybody, no matter what shape, size, age, limitation and experience. The 5Rhythms® are Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. They come together to create a Wave, a movement meditation practice. There are no steps to follow.
