Teams can prototype in hours and run dozens of experiments at once. But speed only helps if you’re heading somewhere. This November, ProductTank London asks what product strategy needs to do when delivery is no longer the bottleneck. Our speakers will share how to turn a blank page into a strategy teams can use, keep fast, parallel experiments pointed in one direction, and decide what to scale and what to kill. Writing code has got cheaper. Maintenance, customer attention and team focus have not, and that’s why the choices behind the work matter more than ever. You’ll hear about practical ways to set clear strategic choices and make sure everything your team ships moves them forward. Speakers and talk details to be announced. This event is sponsored by ProductBoard. **Location:** Rich Mix 35–47 Bethnal Green Rd, London E1 6LA **Date and time:** Wednesday, 25 November 2026 6:00–9:00 pm To keep up to date with our upcoming talks, follow our LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/producttanklondon and our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/MindtheProductTV
