Resurrecting the lost healing powers of belly dance, this women's only workshop combines meditation, breath-work and belly dance.

The workshop begins with a short introduction to the history of healing through belly dance.

Then, an inner child meditation where we come face to face with the parts of ourselves we've been running away from, the parts of our shadow that are subconsciously running ourselves from a place of wounding.

After this, a release excercize where we move the stagnant every in our body, unblocking our energy centres.

Then, a belly dance choreography that awakens dormant shakti energy at the base of the spine, guiding it through our energy centres in a beautiful dance that re-ignites our auric field.

Finally, we close the workshop with a closing meditation to wind down.
