John Bevan Team Player- From Lions to League covers three pivotal years in the life of Welsh rugby legend John Bevan. The story starts with the British Lions triumph over the All Blacks in 1971. A record that has never been broken. And ends with John's first season playing league for Warrington. And in the 1970s switching codes meant that there was no way back. Written by Mari Lloyd, directed by Julia Stubbs and performed by Scott Gutteridge.
