Yoga is a great way to underpin Health & Wellbeing. We have been teaching meditation for many years, free of charge – and we want to share this experience with everyone who is searching for inner peace. As a charity, we do not charge for these courses. With Sahaja Yoga, we generally sit on chairs to meditate, effortlessly & spontaneously. As such, no Asanas (exercises) are required, no mat or special clothing. This community group is running to invite all those who might be interested in learning how to meditate, and for those who want to achieve a deep connection with their true self. Many are curious as to what meditation actually is, its benefits and how to use it for self-help on a daily basis. The meetings aim to provide that insight and know-how. The charity offers free bespoke classes that are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous. The free classes feature introductory talks, videos, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities and are available in person throughout the UK & online.
