A memorable night of roots revival with strictly cultural music featuring on the decks Dr Levi Roots, the man who slayed the dragons and introduced reggae reggae sauce to the world.

Celebrating 20 years since his appearance on BBC Dragons Den. Levi will revisit the space and time when sound system culture ruled. and proper music and heavy weight bass lines filled the airwaves. Playing his collection of roots music inspired by two of the UK’s greatest sound systems such as Sir Coxsone Outernational and the Mighty Jah Shaka.

Also paying tribute to some of Jamaica’s legendary recording engineers and studios, such as the iconic King Tubby, Scientist, Lee Scratch Perry, King Jammys and, musicians like Sly Dunbar, Robbie Shakespeare and many more.
