Join us for our October scenic long ride out to Essex

We’re heading out for our October LILA Long Ride, taking on a scenic Essex loop.

We’ll be rolling out from Regents Park, St Andrews Place and heading into Essex. Once we're out of the city, expect rolling hills country roads and a well-earned coffee and refuel before heading back towards London.

We’ll share the final route, distance and GPX in the LILA WhatsApp community ahead of the ride. Please note, to be able to join this ride, you'll need to feel comfortable riding through the city as there will be some busy roads on the way out of London.

It’s mandatory to have the GPX route downloaded and loaded onto either a bike computer or your phone to be able to join the ride.

As always, there’ll be multiple pace groups with experienced ride leaders, and it’s a no-drop ride.
