After 8 weeks of heats, and with over 100 of London & the UK’s finest drag performers, The Divine invites you to the SUPERSIZED grand finale of its ground-breaking drag competition LIPSYNC1000, at the spectacular CLAPHAM GRAND!

This amazing venue gives a fantastic opportunity for the 20 queer finalists to present themselves in all their finery to a roaring audience of 1200 people on the Grand’s legendary stage, fit of a King, Queen or Thing!

Because we’re celebrating our milestone 10th grand finale, we’ve decided to shake things up by making you, the AUDIENCE, CHOOSE THE WINNERS! Yes, YOU DECIDE who your favourite performer of the evening is and who the runner ups are! We’ve also moved the competition to a SUNDAY EVENING so everyone can get home with ease.

Each of the 20 drag finalists get FOUR MINUTES each to strut their stuff before being judged on their look, their lip-sync, and their overall star power. Who will join the LIPSYNC1000 hall of fame this year? Who will snatch the crown and £1000 cash prize? Additional prizes include gigs with The Divine and some glittering trophies!

Your hosts for the night are cabaret powerhouse MIMI CHANEL plus everyone’s favourite pink n’ perky mini-skirted babe FEMMI!

But it’s not just about the money – those who have impressed at LIPSYNC1000 have gone on to have their own shows, and nights, developed at The Divine. They’ve performed at Glastonbury, Latitude, Hackney Empire, the MTV Awards and London & Brighton Pride events, and some have even been on Ru Paul’s Drag Race – all this off the back of wowing in LIPSYNC1000!
