LGBTQ+ Beginner and Intermediate Ballet Classes are weekly sessions designed for all skill levels, offering a full-body workout including mat work and body weight exercises at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre.
A weekly strength and conditioning class suitable for all levels. A full body workout including mat work and body weight exercises. This class is designed to support balance, strength and coordination with a range of steady controlled movements. This class would benefit anyone starting with strength and conditioning, those looking to improve performance, or folks returning to fitness and training. This class will complement other training such as sports, marathons or strength programmes, as well as day-to-day living to help you build strong foundations for better mobility, strength and conditioning. About the facilitator Lianne is an LGBTQ+ focused strength and conditioning coach and community facilitator. She runs classes, coaching groups and 1-1 personal training sessions around South London. She also brings 10 years of experience as trauma informed holistic worker and group facilitator, so you’re in safe, strong hands! Class disclaimer By participating in this fitness class, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with physical activity. You agree to consult with your healthcare provider before engaging in any exercise program. The organisers and instructors are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the class.
