If you have ever wondered how that silky, stretchy mozzarella comes to be, come join us for a hands-on afternoon of cheesemaking. We are getting together at a kitchen space in London to walk through the process of turning fresh curd into finished mozzarella balls. It is a bit of a workout for your hands, but we will go through each step slowly, from the water temperature to the final stretch and fold. This session is perfect for anyone in our community who enjoys getting their hands messy and learning a new kitchen craft. You do not need any prior cheesemaking experience to join in; just bring an interest in the process and a willingness to learn. We will have all the supplies ready, and everyone will get to take home what they make. Space is limited so that we can keep the group small and make sure everyone has enough room at the table.
