About Mamma Mia!

Mamma Mia! at the Novello Theatre, Aldwych, London, is the long-running musical built around ABBA’s songs. Since premiering in London’s West End over 25 years ago, it has been seen by over 70 million people around the world.

The story follows a mother, her daughter and three possible fathers on a Greek island, with the action set to ABBA’s well-known music. The show has also been adapted into two record-breaking films, Mamma Mia! and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again.

Key facts: running time 2 hours 35 minutes including one interval. Performances run Monday to Saturday at 7.45pm, with Thursday and Saturday matinees at 3.00pm.

Before you book

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and seated next to, a ticket holder aged at least 18. Children under 3 are not admitted.

This production contains flashing lights. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase.
