Throughout October, participants can run, walk or hike a flexible marathon — completing 42.2km over the course of the month — while raising funds for our selected mental health charity partners. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker or simply looking for a fun way to meet others, M4 is open to everyone! ⸻ TICKETS & DONATIONS Tickets are FREE. When registering, you’ll have the option to make a voluntary donation to one of our mental health charity partners. If you choose to donate, please select which charity you would like your donation to support when completing your ticket order. OUR CHARITY PARTNERS ISWAN – International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network Provides free, confidential and multilingual emotional, wellbeing and practical support to yacht crew and their families through services including the 24/7 YachtCrewHelp helpline. Kelly’s Cause Works to create a mentally healthier hospitality industry by providing hospitality-specific Mental Health First Aid training, mental health services, resources and support. Yachtie Minds Matter Works to improve mental health within the yachting community by reducing stigma, providing education and resources, and helping connect yacht crew with accessible mental health support, including therapy and mental health education opportunities. Its volunteers offer a non-judgemental space to talk about anything from relationships and identity to mental health and how you’re feeling.
