**Meet the people who create, publish, support and play video games.** Groop is a newly established startup in stealth mode at Tech Launchpads. We believe there is room for a stronger sense of community among game developers and gamers in London, so we are bringing together people from across the video games industry for an evening of conversations, connections and collaboration. Whether you are building your first game, running a studio, looking for collaborators or simply passionate about gaming, come along and meet the community. **Who is it for?** * Independent developers, programmers and game designers * Studio founders and owners * Artists, animators, writers and audio specialists * Publishers, distributors and gaming investors * QA testers, localisation specialists and service providers * Streamers, content creators, esports professionals and gamers * Students and anyone looking to enter the games industry **What to expect** A relaxed networking event where you can share what you are working on, exchange ideas, discuss industry challenges and explore potential collaborations. There will also be a short introduction to Groop and the community we are building. Come with an idea, a project to talk about or simply a curiosity about games. You do not need a finished game or an established business to join. **Meet your next collaborator, creative partner or fellow gaming enthusiast.**
