We will occasionally host guest speakers from different organisations who will share their knowledge and insights and take day trips to local sights of interest. This session is part of our Health Haven and Ageactivity 60+ programmes and provides a welcoming space for men, including non-binary folks and trans men. The group is peer-led, with Castlehaven staff regularly checking in to offer support and answer any questions. Just drop in or email healthhaven@castlehaven.org.uk for more information.
