Held at the Table is an intimate supper club experience created for bereaved parents — a gentle space for comfort and shared understanding.

Hosted by Shakira of MI Story, founded in honour of Micaiah and Isaiah, the evening brings guests together around the table through thoughtfully curated food, meaningful conversation, and community.

With no pressure to share, this experience is designed to offer a safe and supportive environment where guests can simply come as they are and feel held alongside others who understand the journey of baby loss.

The menu, prepared by Chef Freda of Deliciously Rooted, features nourishing Caribbean-inspired dishes made using healthy, home-grown and locally sourced ingredients.
