Overview

We’ll meet at Hackney Marshes and ride together along the canal towards Limehouse, enjoying a calm and scenic route away from the usual city rush.

The ride will take around 30 minutes each way, with an overall distance of approximately 9 miles. This is not a race or a workout. It’s simply about getting outside, moving your body and starting the morning with a good vibe.

Come for the cycling, stay for the company. You might be surprised how much better the morning feels when you start it on two wheels. 🚲
