**💜 Welcome to an evening of embodied movement and heartfelt presence, inviting us to explore deeper connection with ourselves and others, with openness and curiosity.. Everybody welcome!** Inspired by various freestyle movement and partner dance practices, **Moving Connections** is a chance to move and be moved, to relax into our bodies and to explore connections through simple exercises that support us to meet and connect without words, in a light and embodied way. 💜 **Click here for** **[Tickets & info ](https://buytickets.at/dancelondon/583732)** Everyone is welcome! There's no skills or experience needed - just an open mind, a little curiosity and the willingness to have a go. **New Venue!: [Whittington Park Community Centre](https://maps.app.goo.gl/zEwjTJfPrjJ1JuiE9)** is just 8 mins walk from **Upper Holloway** Station, with easy parking and buses. **Schedule:** Please arrive before **7.15pm** so we can share the journey together. We'll start with a gentle warm up before being guided through a series of simple exercises that invite us to connect with ourselves and others in a heartfelt and curious way.
