Nathan Cassidy is happy. This is a disaster for his stand-up career. We need our comedians troubled, tortured and preferably mid-breakdown - not content in a loving relationship.

So the critically acclaimed, multi-award winning star and host of million downloaded podcast Daily Notes attempts the impossible: a stand-up show about being unbearably happy. There may have to be scenery. Lighting changes. It may have to go in the theatre section.

But can happiness survive the state of the world, and Nathan’s own determination to ruin it? And can one happy man offer genuine hope to a roomful of strangers? An ambitious new comedy about love, hope and finding light in the darkness.
