What Participants Say: "I have attended 3 workshops with Russel Maliphant, along with a couple online classes. Each time, it felt like an immense privilege to enter movement exploration and somatic work guided by such an amazing dancer and expert somatic practitioner. Russel's sessions are uniquely framed around clear/practical theoretical information and movement activities allowing to explore theory in practice, on our own individual body, with our own physical abilities." - Alice, November 2025
