'Paired' - A curated series of winemaker-led suppers with Australia’s most celebrated producers.
Showcasing Clare Valley excellence through two of its most iconic producers, Grosset and Mount Horrocks, this special evening brings together wines defined by precision, place and long-term vision.
Founded by Jeffrey Grosset, Grosset is internationally recognised for its uncompromising focus on purity, balance and site expression. A pioneer of single-vineyard Riesling in Australia, Grosset has helped define the modern identity of Clare Valley wine, with benchmark releases from vineyards such as Polish Hill and Springvale. Farmed organically and biodynamically, Grosset’s wines are celebrated for their tension, longevity and unwavering sense of origin.
Mount Horrocks, led by winemaker Stephanie Toole, is one of Clare Valley’s most respected small producers. Known for its hands-on, site-driven approach, the winery produces expressive, finely detailed wines that reflect both vineyard and vintage. From elegant Rieslings to distinctive, characterful reds, Mount Horrocks has earned a reputation for authenticity, restraint and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Together, these two producers offer a compelling perspective on Clare Valley, from cool-climate finesse to structured, age-worthy wines, unified by a shared commitment to integrity, sustainability and excellence.
