Using scans of the images we made and developed in the first two photo sessions, we will map out a collaborative zine.

To begin we will read parts of "The Feel Trio" by Fred Moten & “Republic of Dogs/Republic of Birds” by Stephen Watts, the texts that helped to shape “You throw shade on doorways” and think of similar texts and our own writing to help shape our publication. The zine will later be printed on Print Collective’s Risograph and participants will be sent a copy.

About the faciltator

Lewis Greener is a youth worker and artist, his practice started with photography and has expanded to use sound, moving image and text. As a member of the gate darkroom and Print Collective community risograph press, He makes work about our environment, how we understand it and how it shapes us. While in-residence at R-Urban, Lewis will be exploring more eco-friendly, plant based and DIY photographic processes and putting them into practice through regular photo sessions.
