Join us for our monthly poetry night with headliners Joelle Taylor and Olive Franklin, with readings from Page of Wands and open mic.

We’re so excited to welcome T.S. Eliot prize winning poet Joelle Taylor to Lala Books. Joelle will be joined by Olive Franklin, with additional readings from Page of Wands and open mic slots.

She is a former UK Poetry Slam Champion, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature, and co-curates and hosts Out-Spoken, the monthly poetry and music night at Southbank Centre.

Olive Franklin is a poet whose debut pamphlet, Dyke Juvenilia, won the Poetry London Pamphlet Competition. Her poems have appeared in Granta, Poetry and The Poetry Review, alongside other publications across the UK and Europe. She lives in London.
