Building audience communities and engagement strategies across national news brands, Rachel Duffy is now Head of Community at The Times & The Sunday Times, leading reader engagement, community initiatives and audience development. Previously, she spent three years at The Telegraph in a number of audience and community-focused roles, where she helped develop the title's Reddit and off-platform community strategy.
