Coffee Workshop: Water Chemistry Intermediates!!!

Join Ratdog in person for a fun and hands on introduction to the water chemistry for coffee brewing.

Designed as an intermediate session, We will explore how different water compositions can influence the way coffee tastes, using a selection of coffees brewed with different mineral solutions. By comparing the coffees side by side, we will focus on how changes in water chemistry affect the final cup.

Notes: If you attended our Chemistry Fundamentals workshop, please bring your mineral concentrate bottles with you. You can continue using the concentrates you prepared during the Fundamentals session, and we will use them again as part of the experiments in this workshop:)

Participants will also be able to take home their prepared mineral solutions and continue experimenting with their own brewing water after the workshop.
