Our meeting is inspired by Buddhist meditation, but non-Buddhists are welcome. We're an East London alternative to God-based 12-Step programs, but some of us are involved in 12-Step recovery as well. Each meeting includes voluntary group sharing, a 20-minute guided meditation, and a short reading from the Refuge Recovery book. RSVPs optional, drop-ins welcome. Located at St. John's Hoxton, 85 Pitfield Street, N1 6NP. Chairs provided.
