Join us on Sunday 8th November for a social hike through Richmond Park, followed by a well-earned Sunday roast at the pub! 🍗🍻

REGEN Mixer: Hike Edition III is officially happening!

You asked for it, you begged for it, and we couldn't exactly say no, could we? 😂

After 128 tickets snapped up for our last hike, we're getting everyone together again. This time we're swapping the hills for Richmond Park, hopefully spotting a few deer along the way, and finishing things off with a proper Sunday roast!

Whether you've joined us before or this is your first REGEN Mixer, we'd absolutely love to have you along.

Expect fresh air, plenty of steps, lots of laughs and the chance to meet some new faces from across both REGEN clubs.

Members, non-members, friends, family — EVERYONE is welcome! Come with your mates or rock up solo. That's what these events are all about.

📅 Date: Sunday 8th November 2026

📍 Location: Richmond Park, London

📌 Meeting point: Kingston Gate (exact details emailed closer to the day)

⏰ Meet time: 10:30am

🥾 Hike starts: 11:00am

🌳 Duration: Approximately 3 hours, including breaks

🍗 Sunday roast: 2:15pm at The White Horse, Richmond (vegetarian options available)

🎟️ TICKETS — PLEASE READ!

We've got 100 spaces in total, with two ticket options available:

🥾 OPTION 1: HIKE ONLY — FREE

Join us for the hike around Richmond Park. Completely free — just grab a ticket to secure your spot!

🍗 OPTION 2: HIKE + ROAST — £5 (ONLY 30 AVAILABLE!)

Join us for the hike AND secure yourself a seat at The White Horse afterwards for a Sunday roast.

IMPORTANT: The £5 is a reservation fee only. It secures your seat at the pub but does NOT include your roast dinner or drinks. You'll pay for your own food and drinks directly at the pub.

You only need to book ONE ticket per person, so simply select the option that suits you.

A Hike Only ticket does not include a reservation for the roast. With only 30 pub spaces available, please make sure you select Hike + Roast if you'd like to join us afterwards!

Comfortable walking shoes or trainers

Water to keep yourself hydrated

A warm layer or waterproof jacket — it is November, after all! 😂

A little snack if you fancy one

Yourself, your friends and a good attitude!

💜 A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

This is a social hike, not a race. We'll be taking breaks along the way and keeping things relaxed, although you should be comfortable walking for approximately three hours.

Our REGEN team will be joining you throughout the walk, and we'll send out the final meeting instructions and any important updates closer to the day.

If you book a ticket and can no longer attend, please cancel your place so somebody else can join us.

Our previous hikes have sold out, so don't leave it too late!

We can't wait to see familiar faces, meet plenty of new ones and get everyone together outside the gym again.
