**1pm–6pm**

Experience the true spirit of the Caribbean as the air fills with the irresistible aroma of **jerk chicken sizzling on the BBQ**, alongside a mouth-watering selection of **Caribbean food, sweets, ice cream and tasty treats**. From the first beat of the music to the last bite of food, this is a family day out full of flavour, fun and island vibes.

Dance, vibe and celebrate to the sounds of **Reggae, Soca and Dancehall**, bringing sunshine rhythms and feel-good energy all day long. For the little ones, we’ll also be mixing in some of their favourites, with fun and family-friendly music to keep everyone smiling.

## Ticket Information

### Adult Ticket – Ages 16+

Admission for one person aged 16 or over to **Reggae & Soca Family Fest 2027**. Enjoy a full day of Caribbean vibes, family-friendly music, delicious food, great entertainment and activities for all ages.

### Kids Ticket – Ages 2–15

Admission for one child aged 2–15. Kids can enjoy music, face painting, mascots, entertainment, games and plenty of family fun.

**Children must be accompanied by an adult.**

Children under 2 / not yet walking do **not** require a ticket.

## Ticket Policy

🎟️ **All tickets are non-refundable.** However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague to attend on your behalf.

### 🎧 Music & Atmosphere

The event will feature vibrant **Reggae, Soca and Dancehall music** in a lively but family-friendly environment. Music volume levels will be comfortable and appropriate for children, creating a fun atmosphere without the intensity of an adult club setting.

### 👨‍👩‍👧 Attendance & Age Policy

This is a **family-friendly event and all ages are welcome**.

* Children who are not yet walking do not require a ticket

* Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

* If you appear to be under 18, you may be asked to provide valid ID to confirm your age

* If you cannot provide ID when requested, you must be accompanied by an adult

* Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times

### 🐾 Animals

Animals are not permitted at the event, except for **registered assistance dogs**.

### ♿ Accessibility

Both venues are **accessible**.

**Freight Brixton** is a large rooftop venue. Accessible entry is available; however, guests should be aware that access to the rooftop involves travelling up a **long ramp**.

**Riverside East Stratford** is also an accessible venue.

If you require assistance or have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting the event team before attending.

### 📸 Photography & Video

A professional photographer and videographer will be present throughout the event capturing the atmosphere, entertainment and special moments of the day.

Photos and video footage may be used for promotional purposes, including **social media, marketing materials and future event promotions**.

Selected images from the event will be available for download after the event, allowing you to keep a special memory of your **Reggae & Soca Family Fest** experience.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the photographer upon arrival and your request will be respected.
