Masterclass Season 2 returns to Rhum Tavern every Tuesday from 2nd June — and if you were here for the first season, you already know what that means. If you weren't, this is your introduction to the best Tuesday night in London.

The format is simple. The execution is anything but. Each week, a hand-picked team from one of London's Top 50 Best Bars steps behind the counter at Rhum Tavern and takes complete ownership of the evening. Their drinks. Their style. Their craft. Their show. These aren't hired instructors — these are the bartenders and bar managers who define the standard of drinking in this city, and for one Tuesday night they bring everything they have into one of the most extraordinary venues in the capital.

The setting does the rest. Rhum Tavern is a hand-built 17th-century pirate ship — 1,750 square feet of carved timber, gold doubloon bar top, barrel walls stacked with over 400 rum expressions, skull glassware, and an atmosphere that hits you the moment you walk through the door. There is nowhere in London quite like it. On Masterclass nights, that energy gets turned all the way up.

Each session runs alongside a featured brand partner — a spirit house whose portfolio is woven into the evening's pours, the education, and the conversation. You learn the liquid. You understand the story. You taste the difference that craft and provenance make in the glass. It elevates the evening from a great night out into something genuinely worth knowing. And underpinning all of it — a live DJ setting the tone all night. Not background noise. Atmosphere. The kind that makes you want to stay for one more round.

What to expect on the night:
