Powerful speakers. Honest conversations. Practical insight to help you rise in your business, career, health and within yourself.

R3 LIVE: THE POWER TO RISE

This is not just another women’s event.

It’s a room built for women who are ready to rise.

For the past year, R3 has brought women together virtually for honest conversations about business, career, health, confidence and life.

11 virtual summits.

29+ speakers.

One incredible year.

And on 31st October, we’re bringing that energy into the room for the very first time.

Welcome to R3 LIVE: The Power to Rise.

Because you can be rising in one area of your life and quietly struggling in another.

Building the business while losing confidence.

Progressing in your career while neglecting your health.

Showing up for everyone else while feeling disconnected from yourself.

A woman does not rise in just one part of her life.

And that’s what this day is about.

You’ll hear from carefully selected speakers and expert panellists with real experience and something valuable to say.

No surface-level motivational talks that leave you inspired for an hour and unchanged by Monday.

Expect honest conversations.

Useful ideas.

Different perspectives.

Meaningful connections.

And a room full of women who understand what it means to be growing, changing, starting again or asking, “What’s next for me?”

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Featured speakers sharing real stories, lessons and useful insights

• Two honest expert panel conversations

• Ideas you can take into your business, career, health and life

• Meaningful networking and opportunities to connect with speakers and other women in the room

• Breakfast nibbles, refreshments throughout the day and lunch

• An energising dance performance after lunch

• Exclusive rooftop access after the summit for VIP ticket holders, speakers and sponsors

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The woman who knows she is capable of more.

The woman entering a new chapter.

The woman building something of her own.

The woman ready to make a bold move in her career.

The woman who has spent so long showing up for everyone else that she’s ready to make space for herself again.

The woman asking:

What does rising look like for me now?

Sometimes one speaker says exactly what you needed to hear.

One conversation changes how you see something.

One connection opens a door.

And one room reminds you what is possible.

This could be that room.

31st October 2026.

R3 LIVE: The Power to Rise.

Come and be in the room.
